On the other hand, this amended law recognized some modern phenomena, so “digital nomads” are finally recognized as welcome guests in Croatia and they are allowed to stay in Croatia for up to a year, if they collect all the necessary documentation and obtain a residence permit popularly called “a digital nomad visa”.
