After years of internship and gathering knowledge at law offices in Rijeka, Opatija and Split, where she worked in almost all areas of law (from damages, labour and family law, claims to defence in criminal and misdemeanour proceedings), Marina has created this law office with the aim of providing clients authenticity and experience of legal services with a human touch.
Through her long-standing experience and continuous professional training, she successfully represented domestic and foreign legal and natural persons before the competent courts and in arbitration proceedings. Daily, she provides legal support and advises domestic and foreign clients, drafts contracts, legal opinions and analyses of commercial and civil law.
Outside of working hours, Marina Osmančević Šoštarić is engaged in various adrenalin sports (climbing, diving, snowboarding), yoga, listening to music (from Pearl Jama to electronics) and reading. In addition to the protection of human rights, her special interests are environmental protection and animal rights.
